ETC Cross-Lists Two Hanwha ETFs on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange
Oklahoma City-based ETC completes Abu Dhabi cross-listing of Korean-sponsored ETFs KDEF and KMCA, spanning three markets.
Exchange Traded Concepts (ETC), an Oklahoma City-based white-label ETF platform, has completed the cross-listing of two exchange-traded funds on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, the company announced Nov. 2, 2026. The funds — ticker symbols KDEF and KMCA — are sponsored by South Korea's Hanwha Asset Management.
The move marks a three-jurisdiction arc for the products: a Korean sponsor, a U.S. launch, and now a listing in one of the Gulf region's primary capital markets. Cross-listings of this kind allow fund sponsors to broaden investor access without structuring an entirely new product for each market.

ETC operates as a turnkey ETF platform, handling the operational and regulatory infrastructure that allows asset managers to bring funds to market under their own branding. The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange listing extends the firm's reach into the Middle East alongside its existing U.S.-listed client roster.
The pairing of a Korean asset manager with a U.S. white-label provider and a Gulf exchange listing reflects a broader trend of asset managers seeking cross-border distribution as institutional appetite for ETF structures grows in non-U.S. markets. Abu Dhabi has actively positioned itself as a hub for international financial products in recent years.
